RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
GENERAL POLICY
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
You may return items that are defective or damaged upon arrival and we'll issue you a refund or exchange if applicable. Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
WRONG ITEM SENT TO YOU
If you received the wrong item i.e item not as described, wrong size, please report within 14 days so we can issue a refund or send you the correct item if available. Shipping fees will be at our cost. Please note that the actual color or appearance of the products may vary slightly from the images shown on our website, thus may not qualify as ‘return due to receiving the wrong item’.
CHANGE OF MIND
We currently DO NOT accept returns for refund due to a change of mind.
EXCHANGES / WRONG ITEMS PURCHASED
If you’ve purchased the wrong size, or made a duplicate order by mistake, we will offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value, or store credits. Shipping fees are handled by customers. Goods to be returned must be unused, in original packing and with tags if applicable. To proceed with an exchange:
1. Pack your item(s) into a bag or box (ideally the original delivery box). Please make sure that the parcel is secured to avoid damages during transit especially if using a third-party courier.
2. Include your original Delivery Note and circle the items that you are returning. If you did not receive a Delivery Note, please print out the Order Confirmation e-mail you received upon placing the order.
3. Send or drop your parcel off at our warehouse:

Note: If using a third-party courier company to return your parcel, please ensure that you use a tracking number as we are not able to take responsibility for untraceable parcels. Damage that occurs during transit may result in the exchange request being denied.
4. Once the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse, we will prepare the replacement, and you may then arrange for a courier collection.
Alternatively, you may visit our warehouse to process the exchange. We recommend emailing us in advance to ensure that your preferred replacement is available when you arrive.
IMPORTANT: Please note that items in the following categories cannot be exchanged:
- Baby Formula
- Baby Food
- Finger Foods & Snacks
- Disposable Diapers
- Face Masks
- Maternity & Nursing Bras
- Sanitary & Maternity Napkins
Please make sure that you thoroughly check the size charts provided for maternity wears before making a purchase.
